Um, I don't think so. I just changed my password because I got a genuine email from Google saying someone had tried to access my email from China. Oddly, they didn't ask me for my password to let me know I needed to change my password. Forwarded to Millersmiles and reported as spam.

Also, I kick arse at my job. I just spent the last two days sorting out something that looked like this:
