Roundabouts, swings and other playground equipment

Today, TradeMe doesn't seem so daunting. I'm on top of who's been contacted, who's paid, what needs sending, all that stuff. I might also have replied somewhat facetiously to someone asking me on an auction to go above and beyond for $5. Dear Entitled Person, Nope. Cheers, Tats.

Meanwhile, the garage sale is going ahead this Saturday. If you have any stuff you want to put in it, feel free to bring it along, and stick around to join in the fun and take it away again if it doesn't sell. It starts at 8am and if you don't have the address but want to add stuff, please email me (tatjna) at (gmail) dot (com).

I even put an ad in the DomPost. A real paper! I haven't done that for about 20 years, it's weird using this old-fangled telephone thing. Luckily the lady on the phone gave me an email option, which I took gratefully.

See Will? You and I may be 20 years apart in age but we aren't that different. Only, my hair's better. Nyah.

I am looking forward to not having to write an essay (1600 words and counting) or clean out a house. I realised yesterday that shearing season's rolling round again, and if I'm lucky I might get a bit of a gap where my weekends are actually mine. You never know, right?

Meanwhile, I got up and went to the gym before work this morning, cos this TradeMe business is making it so my after-work is less free, and uni is cutting out two lunchtimes a week. People at the gym in the morning are HARDCORE* - also, I did it before coffee. And then went and bought a coffee, where I was all endorphins and no caffiene. I'm pretty sure the barista now thinks I'm on drugs, as I may have actually drooled while staring into space, and had to be hand-in-front-of-face waved to get my attention. But hey, I got up early to go to the gym, therefore I feel virtuous.
