I am bad, but that is a good thing

So last night, after torturing myself for several hours with videos of people hooping way better than I can, I went to bed. Thrilling, huh?

Well, the bed didn't last, because I was fidgety and restless and in pain, and needed to move. It was suggested that going for a walk at 1:30am wasn't such a good idea, so I got out my hoop and put my phones on, thinking "Just a few slow rotations, I'll stop if it hurts."

It didn't.

3 hours later (how do I know this? easy. cyberwlf - july 2006.mp3; helix - deep uplifting trance.mp3; tom cosm - live at the fetish ball.mp3) *grin* - and I finally collapsed on my bed. Interesting when both your skin and the hoop get so sweaty that the sticking effect turns into a sliding effect.

I woke up this morning, and am almost entirely without pain. There are still a few twinges around the edges, but whatever I did last night must have gently worked things back to where they belong. Hooping as back therapy, who'd a thunk it?

I just have to figure out a way to have the music going, without knocking my phones off, and without the player getting in the way. Stack it all on top of my head?

[EDIT] I do have Spaced. I just found it.
