So the queue was longer this morning. I am not going to get my hopes up this time, since I figure those people who got stung queueing last week will probably be clogging the internet today. Tats <-- taking a fatalistic viewpoint.

As expected I'm hobbling around the office, and being overtaken by people when walking - this almost never happens and is a sign that I'm Moving Very Slowly. It is unlikely there will be any pullups today.

Last night I watched Cypher for the first time. It's my new favourite sci-fi thriller - better than The Matrix in my opinion. Less guns, more actual thrills, and layers and layers of FightClub-esque screens and twists - and all done with brilliant cinematography in tasteful muted tones. And a goddamn sexy helicopter. Why do high-tech and muted tones go together? I have no idea.

Speaking of Fight Club, I just finished reading Invisible Monsters, by Chuck Palahniuk (who wrote Fight Club). And I enjoyed it. So yeah.

I dreamed of Burning Man, complete with heat, dust, shiny things and everybody I've ever met. Yes, you were there. Cast-of-Thousands dreams are more the norm for me than nightmares. Yay for being back to normal.

And I got hugs this weekend. Told you hugs were good for me.

One pullup. And I had to use my feet to help.

Today would be a good day to take me on in an arm wrestle.
