Caprine invaders?

Today is the anniversary of my Dad's death. It's been a year, and I'm pleased to report that his tree's doing really well, and so is Mum. Tonight I'll light a candle for him, because it feels like the right thing to do. I'll probably eat some chocolate for him too, because that's what -he'd- do. ;-) I miss him. Not in the gut-wrenching way, but in little ways. I wish I could've asked him about love yesterday. Hmm.

Speaking of which, I was kind of overwhelmed at the response. My record for comments is well and truly smashed, and my faith is restored that love is alive and well in the world. Thanks guys! Especially for the many different takes on the same question. That was very cool.

Finally, can anyone think of an animal that lives in cities that drops pebbles? You see, on my way to work this morning, I came across two piles of what looked to me, for all the world like goat shit. Now, goats drop pebbles. They're the only animals I can think of that do. Certainly I've never seen any feral goats wandering our city's parks. Ergo, it must be something else. But what? Possums and rats drop pellets, dogs - well, we all know what that looks like. Pigeons - splotches. It's a mystery..
