Last night I slept from 11pm through till 5:15am. For me, this counts as sleeping through the night.

A more normal night would be going to sleep about 10:30, then waking at 3am, 4am, and 5am before finally getting up at 5:45.

Weirdly, this morning I felt ripped off because I didn't get a chance to look at the clock and go "Yay, I can sleep for another x hours before I have to get up!"

Brains are weird.

Your normal sleeping pattern is rather like Wallstreets. Maybe you are secretly 5 months old. :-)

Luckily I do generally manage to restrain myself from yelling loudly when I wake up.

I'm sure Dr. Wheel, and the neighbors, appreciate it.

It's easy to get used to even irritating things, huh?
I'm waking up a lot just before/during sunrise, and then sitting there thinking tons of useless and counterproductive thoughts, waiting for the alarm to go off. Stupid.

I've always been awake with the sun, snd I quite like not being jarred awake by the alarm, but yeah. 3:30am is just ridiculous.

RIDICULOUS. I don't even think that time actually exists.

Congratulations! I've been sleeping pretty well, too, and it's been amazing. I still wake up tired, but at least I don't wake up angry.
