Last night we watched The Martian and I really enjoyed it, although the skinny-guy-with-towel-on-head shot was so obviously not Matt Damon as to be laughable.

I also enjoyed Moon immensely. Clearly being stranded alone on a planet is a thing for me.

Today I am experimenting in removing my own moles with freezy stuff, after tearing two of them in the last three days doing pole.

Little known fact: I have the Southern Cross in moles on my right side. At least, I do right now. Hopefully by next week I won't.

Wish me luck.

Thanks! I did two this morning and I'll see how they go before I tackle the rest. At the moment they are just red and swollen, they are supposed to drop off in a day or so.

It's definitely up there as far as space-rescue movies go. Better than Gravity or Interstellar anyway. Although this cracked me up:

I had a few small skin tags that I removed by tying them off with tiny elastic bands. If the freezing doesn't work, then it's another option.

Scholl's freezy stuff. Not liquid nitrogen but the same principle.

I have the Southern Cross in moles on my right side.

How awesome! I have The Pleiades in a mottled birthmark on my tummy. I refer to it as my map home.

So far nothing very exciting is happening - the freezy stuff appears not to have worked so they are now tied off with shirring elastic in the same way you'd use an elastrator on lambs' balls. I'll keep you posted on whether they drop off..
