Seriously. I mean, I know she's a mage and all, but levitation isn't in her repertoire. Or, I thought it wasn't. First dead bandits, and now the contents of a cart.

So maybe it's not really levitation? Perhaps she's developed a talent for making modes of transport disappear - you know, like that magician? Anyway, clearly Bull suspects something..

And then she stumbled on this (background, top left) completely unprepared, but decided to have a go anyway:

Apparently it's a Gamoran Stormrider and it handed her arse to her quite roundly. Twice. As it would, being an electricity dragon and her being an electricity mage.. eep. Interestingly, it was Vivienne who was last standing both times. Cole, on the other hand, was all YOU CAN'T HURT ME.... *dies* *gets up* *dies again*.

*ahem* Cole I love you but damn you squishy.

Meanwhile, Kestrel is becoming increasingly frustrated that Bioware insists on monogamy. I mean, the desk sex was great and all, but then Cullen took off back to work and left her in his room by herself.

As an aside, I did not think Cullen would be the type to leave rotting planks all over his bedroom floor.

But anyway, Kestrel spent some time jumping on his bed and then went and had a chat with Cassandra. Realistically, Cassandra is the one Kestrel finds most attractive, but she's straight. And Cullen is sweet and surprisingly daring, but also monogamous. And one day Bioware will explore polyamory, but today is apparently not that day.

Ha, even Kestrel only fancies women who turn out to be straight! ;-)

Why yes I do have a life outside of playing Inquisition, but it's not very interesting at the moment and Kestrel's adventures provide better pictures.

It looks like a very cool game. Even with random levitating things...

ah I wish I had the "know-how" to play games like this... I would LOVE to try Tomb Raider for instance... but I'm not a gamer... not in my DNA kind of thing ;-)

One of the great things about modern games is that they tend to have various levels of difficulty you can set them to, and they no longer start with the assumption that you're an experienced gamer, so often the introductory section contains a sandbox type tutorial that leads you through how to operate the various controls and lets you practice with some easy stuff before getting into the game. It might be worth giving one a go, just to see if you can. ;-)
